Here is a default NPC replacement for the Grocery Delivery Man. This is not a sexist post, I haven't found a suitable mesh to use for the Grocery Delivery Woman. Therefore, I am going to go ahead and post the default I did make for the male.

This replacement was created by All About Style. The original mesh is bottom far left of their THEME page.

I just read your message, seems you don't need my help after all. :) I must confess I never actually made that recolor, I don't know why. But now it's back to my attention.

Hey, do you know a way to convert the mesh to the female grocer delivery? I never found a mesh to use for the female.

No, I don't know a suitable mesh off my head. You could maybe ask in the wishing tree of Garden of Shadows to make a female version of this.
