Bottles and Swaddling . . .
I replaced the NPC nanny in game with a beautiful default, using a recolor from All About Style on her Victorian NPC page.
You can see the file here. http://www.all-about-style.com/themes_npc.html
I recolored her file to make separate recolors for the Nanny and the Alternate Nanny outfits in the game.

Which NPC's did you do? And are they available for download?
I have the ones here on my blog and a Social Worker that I keep forgetting to take pics of and upload. My hood is steampunk, but I didn't find too many usable steampunk NPC type clothes so mine are mostly done with victorian ones I could find. The rest of my NPCs are stuck as medieval NPC replacements :D until I can find and make others more victorian/steampunk.

Basegame: maids, news delivery, mail delivery, social worker, nanny, bartenders, gardeners, burglars, clerks, bus drivers, exterminators, repoman, firefighters, grocery delivery, handyman, police, pizza & chinese delivery, pollination tech, shrink
University/Nightlife: baristas, cafeteria cooks, hosts, waiters, waitresses
Apartment Life: butler, breakdancers, landlords
I have quite a few yet to do, but I will be releasing them once I gather them all into separate folders and take all the pictures. It's going to be a lot of work. :P

Did you ever figure out how to replace the burglar cap? I have been trying using a bandana mask I found over at All About Style, but haven't been successful with that project.
I just realized I also forgot I have TF, AM and TM clerks, AF bartenders/waitress, AM waiters, that I haven't uploaded yet.
